Platforms & Technology

An operating layer, not a single machine.

Autonomous platforms are one component of what we build. The capability comes from the combination — airborne systems, the ground infrastructure that keeps them ready, the command software that governs them, and the integrations that connect them to everything already deployed on site.

This page describes capability, not configuration. Component selection, processing stack, payload options, endurance, range and coverage figures are shared with qualified counterparties under NDA — not published. What follows is what the system does and how the layers fit together.

Layer 01

Autonomous Aerial Platform

A platform that receives a coordinate and gets there on its own — navigating, avoiding obstacles, holding station and streaming what it sees, with no pilot and no manual dispatch in the loop.

Autonomous navigation

Waypoint and coordinate-driven flight with automated launch, transit, station-keeping and return. No pilot required for a standard deployment.

Obstacle awareness

On-board sensing for obstacle detection and avoidance in cluttered environments, with configurable safety envelopes per site.

Imaging & low-light capability

High-resolution imaging with low-light operation, so the system is as useful at 2am as it is at midday.

On-board AI detection

Detection models run on the platform itself, flagging what an operator should look at first instead of streaming raw video into an already-saturated control room.

Resilient positioning & link

NavIC-aware positioning alongside global constellations, with cellular and local network links and defined failsafe behaviour on link loss.

Automatic recovery

Return-to-station and re-dock without operator action, including on low reserve, mission completion or an aborted sortie.

Payload configuration is deployment-specific. Sensing and effector options differ substantially between a civic deployment, an industrial site and a defence installation, and are governed by the regulatory and authorisation framework applicable to that customer. Payload details are not published and are discussed only with qualified counterparties.

Layer 02

Self-Sustaining Ground Stations

Readiness is an infrastructure problem, not a flying problem. Our stations keep platforms charged, sheltered and launch-ready without a crew on site — which is what makes standing 24/7 coverage economically possible.

Station capability

Deployed once, then left to run.

  • Solar generation with battery storage for off-grid operation
  • Automated docking and charging between sorties
  • Weather-rated enclosure for continuous outdoor deployment
  • Cellular and local network connectivity to the command layer
  • Remote diagnostics, health monitoring and fault reporting

Network deployment

Stations are placed to a coverage model, not one at a time.

  • Multi-station networks planned against a response-time target
  • Fleet management across all stations from one command view
  • Automatic selection of the best-placed available platform
  • Graceful degradation when a station is offline for service
  • Site survey and coverage modelling before installation
Layer 03

Command & Intelligence Suite

The software layer is where a deployment becomes an operation: who authorised what, what was seen, what was decided, and what record survives the incident.

Authority dashboard

Live operational picture for the control room — active incidents, platform status, coverage state and the deployment queue in one view.

Fleet management

Health, readiness, service state and utilisation across every platform and station, with maintenance scheduling driven by actual usage.

Encrypted live video

Low-latency streaming from the platform to authorised operators, with access scoped by role and every viewing session logged.

Evidence & case records

Timestamped video, positional data and the full authorisation chain sealed into a tamper-evident case file built for investigation and legal use.

Analytics & reporting

Response-time performance, incident patterns, hotspot mapping and utilisation reporting — the numbers a programme owner has to defend.

Roles & access control

Granular role-based permissions, multi-officer authorisation for sensitive actions, and per-action attribution across the whole platform.

Integration Layer

Triggered by whatever you already run.

Fusionova does not require a customer to replace their existing detection estate. The system accepts triggers from multiple sources and feeds results back into the tools already in use.

Citizen SOS application

iOS and Android application for civic deployments — one-tap alert with location, live tracking and status back to the user.

Partner wearables

A documented Wearable API lets third-party safety wearables and personal devices raise an authenticated trigger into the dispatch layer.

Sensors & site systems

Existing cameras, fence-line sensors, alarm panels and access control can raise a verified trigger without being replaced.

Control-room dispatch

Operators can raise a deployment directly from the command dashboard, or from an integrated command-and-control system.

Development Status

Where the platform stands today.

We would rather be precise about our stage than vague about our claims.
